Competitive Commission Splits & Agent-Focused Compensation

We believe you should be rewarded for your hard work. That’s why our compensation plans are simple, competitive, and agent-friendly.

2025 ValPointe RE Commission Plans:

• New Agents (0–2 years experience): 70/30 split up to $15,000 cap

• Experienced Agents (3+ years): 80/20 split up to $15,000 cap

• Once you cap, enjoy 100% commission less a $250 transaction fee per closing

Additional Earning Opportunities:

• Profit Sharing: 5% of company revenue shared among agents with 2+ years of experience

• Revenue Sharing: Earn passive income by referring other agents to join ValPointe

• E&O Insurance: Just $25 per closed transaction to protect you and your transaction
